Hello, my name is Cara Rogers. I have been privileged to see the dramatic and positive changes that ABA can make in the lives of individuals and their families. I have been blessed with the opportunity of not working directly with individuals with Autism but have had the opportunity to socialize and interact with these individuals through my husband, who has been working as a clinical supervisor in a ABA teaching home for the past 4 years and previously with individual families for 2 years.
I believe my experience tutoring an ESL family would be an asset to any team. This position has provided me experience working with individuals who required positive reinforcement and data collection. I provided a tutoring service to a Korean family, and also an individual child with mild ADD. Within these situations, I was required to create my own lesson plans, reinforce the proper usage of English grammar, verbal language usage, and writing. Through this work, I have gained the ability to assimilate and apply new data information in a timely manner through independent action which ensures the accomplishment of objectives in a pro-active approach.
I feel confident that my experience of tutoring will be an asset to any team.
If you would like to discuss further how I would be a benefit to your team, please email me at
