The case of Hewko says your child is entitled to a meaningful education.

But what is a meaningful education to YOUR child? If you have a behavioural consultant, you already know the answer to this question. In fact, it’s on paper, and it is the duty of the school system to implement the methods and target levels prescribed by the consultant.

I am currently accepting cases pro bono, in other words free legal services, where there is a behavioural consultant involved in your child’s home education, and you want that education to be consistent with the child’s schooling.
