    Danielle,

I have a vague memory of another family having similar problems with the school district. They ended up retaining a lawyer (the lawyer that represented the Auton family) and it only took one meeting between the District Staff and the lawyer to have things turned around.
I hope you don't have to hire a lawyer, but if you do, it may not drag on for years.

I am trying to put a letter together for the Delta school district as to why they should bring ABA Support Workers into their system. I am having a hard time with some of the wording and am wondering if anyone else out there has letters they have drafted, or pieces of information that I could put into this letter. Any input would be useful. Thanks. email me at ahimmel @ dccnet. com (without the spaces)
