MemberAnyone parent who has a child in school please come out to the meeting tommorrow night in South Surrey at The Semiahmoo House. Jean Lewis and Sabrina Freeman will be discussing the Hewko decision and what it means for your child. As we all know the school system can be a tough thing to deal with, join us in knowing your child's rights and what you can do to ensure your child gets what he or she needs. This is a meeting you will not want to miss.

One last call for all you FEAT Families to purchase a lovely Chirstmas CD to give as gifts or to sell them to others. I have approximately 50 more to sell them I am done!!!! So I need your help, they cost $16.00 each, $6.00 goes to FEAT. Come on everyone what a better cause to support!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was contacted this week by a local music recording studio, they have just made a christmas CD featuring Juanita Vanderzam, they want to sell the CD's for $15.00, partial proceeds ($6.00/CD) will go to FEAT… FEAT could sure use some fundraising…I think Sabrina's own personal credit card needs a break, not only that but every parent on this chat board has benefited both financially and emotionally via FEAT. Please let me know if every parent could commit to selling 5 to 10 CD's to friends, family, church members, schools, we could really make some decent $$. I would request that you pay me up front for them and sell them at your liesure. I will approach some local business's and see if they will allow me to set up a little stand. The CD's will have a sticker on the front with partial proceeds to FEAT and Autism in large capital letters.. Raising awareness at the same time.. Please email me and let me know if you can help!!!

MemberAlright, now I'm getting really pissed off!!! As if we don't have enough crap to deal with, now this Bill 33. Enough!!!! Enough!!! Enough!! I will be seeing my MLA today and I encourage all of you to do so….Maybe we should just lock up all these kids and throw away the key, that would be easier right? Well not as long as we FEAT parents are alive and kicking.
MemberLooking for a lead therapist to wotk with my 5 year old son, he is near the recovery stage. We live in Ocean Park, South Surrey.
