We are looking to hire for our home based ABA team supporting our 5 year old daughter who is diagnosed with Autism.
This position requires an energetic, outgoing, fun individual who has strong play skills and positive attitude. Creativity is huge plus.
Individuals who join our team need to be self-directed but also able to work within a team and take constructive feedback.
You will be working with a warm, loving, enthusiastic girl who loves to learn! She is currently non-verbal, but has a growing repertoire of words and is doing her best to put them together. And just wait until you hear her laugh…it's just so infectious!
Candidates must be able to commit to at least 2-3 shifts per week, and a team meeting every 2 weeks. You will also need to have your own transportation as we live in a newer area of Maple Ridge that currently has no bus service.
All training and program guidance will be provided under the direction of Nate Searle MS BCBA. We are looking for someone with experience in ABA.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun, and motivated BI to work with our 9-year old boy who has autism.
Our established ABA program is supervised by behavioral consultant Kim Kirsch.
Work will include following tasks and programs as outlined by the behavioral consultant for academic, social and functional life skills. Experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals in the fields of Psychology, Child Education, Speech & Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
You must be able to work at least 2 sessions per week for 1.5 hour from 6:00 to 7:30pm and to attend team meetings once every 6-8 weeks from 5:15 to 6:30pm on a weekday. We are specifically looking for someone who is available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

– be fluent in English

We are a small and dynamic intervention team looking for a behavior interventionist to work with a 5 year old boy who is diagnosed with mild autism spectrum disorder. He is a fun and humorous little fellow with good language and academic skills. We will continue to provide intervention in the areas of social, advanced language, and ongoing academic skills. His intervention currently takes place in central Vancouver, although this may change next fall.
The successful applicant will have knowledge of ABA principles, be a good team member, and have experience with play and social skills. Ideally, they will be available for Tuesday and Friday afternoons (1-3, or 3-5). Other sessions may be available occasionally as well.
Must be at least 19 years old, have a current CRC, and be motivated to commit for at least one year. Supervision will be ongoing as will your contributions at bi-weekly team meetings. A vehicle would also be an asset. Wages dependent on experience ($14-$21/hr).

We're also looking for a potential candidate to aide our son in Kindergarten in the fall of 2014. This person should have SEA qualifications (or who is going through the SEA program but not yet completed) and preference is for someone with ABA hours as well.
The right candidate will be asked to commit to the preschool shifts from now until June 2014, as well as attend all home team meetings and one therapy shift per week.
