    BI NEEDED IN COQUITLAM
    We are looking for a BI to implement a home-based behaviour intervention program, working with a fun & sweet 3-yr old boy. Current program focus is on communication, academic literacy, play & social skills.

    On-going training will be delivered by Sarah Dungait (BCBA) via frequent team meetings and overlaps. We are looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of 12-months. Graduates or students of Psychology or related disciplines are desired.

    The following sessions need to be covered:
    Tuesdays (after 1pm)
    Thursdays (after 1pm)
    Alternate Fridays 2-4 (for team meetings),

    Compensation will be based on experience.

    The family are located 5-mins from Coquitlam Centre (easily accessible by public transit).

    Behavior Interventionist

    We are looking to hire a BI for a home-based ABA program in North Surrey with a happy 3 year old boy diagnosed with ASD. Training will be provided by a board certified behavior consultant. Sessions would be 2 hrs., 2 times a week.     Looking to hire an ABA-SW!

    This is an excellent opportunity for energetic, caring, and patient individuals who want to be involved in changing the life of a 6-year old boy! The student is a high-functioning, fun, sweet child, and we are looking to hire a dedicated ABA-SW to support him through Grade 1 at his school in Cloverdale.

    Successful applicants should be willing to begin working a minimum of 1 shift per week on the student’s home team starting immediately and will be willing to continue to work on the home team for your duration as his ABA-SW. Attendance at bi-weekly team meetings in a must!

    Applicants must have:

    A minimum of 1000 supervised hours delivering ABA therapy by June 2014.

    Completed the Surrey College ABA-SW program or be willing to enroll by September 2014.

    Applicants should be:

    Reliable, compassionate, and energetic. The ideal candidate will bring a sense of fun and creativity to their teaching.

    We are looking to add one or more ABA therapists to our existing team in the White Rock/South Surrey area to work with our 4 year old son diagnosed with ASD. He is high functioning, verbal, bright, warm and friendly. He's very keen to learn and a pleasure to work with.

    As part of an experienced team, you will teach and model age-appropriate play, communication and social skills. You will also incorporate specific goals and track progress during play and table-work. Each session lasts 2 or 3 hours possibly more and you will be asked to work a minimum of 2 sessions per week. Weekend shifts are also possible. Team meetings are monthly. Salary is dependent on experience. Training will be provided under the guidance of our Board Certified Behaviour Consultant. Ideal for college students especially those in psychology, social work, special needs or education.
