Behaviour Interventionist Needed in Clayton/Cloverdale area.

An experienced BI is needed to join a team implementing an in-home early intervention ABA program. The successful applicant will work one-on-one with our 6 year old boy with ASD, under the guidance of experienced Behaviour Consultant.
Working schedule is flexible but will be in the afternoons 3:15 – 5:15 pm, preferably Mondays, Fridays or on weekend. We initially need 2 sessions per week and 2 hours per session, Candidates with own car and DL are preferred.

Behaviour Interventionist/ ABA Therapist needed in the Ontario and 16th area (near Main Street) to work one-to-one with our 6 year old daughter who has autism, in a home-based ABA program. Training will be provided under the guidance of our BCBA consultant. Applicants should have some experience as a Behaviour Interventionist/ABA Therapist or have an ECE background, however we are also willing to train the right applicant. We are looking for someone who is great at play and has a joy for children. Our daughter is verbal, fun, and requires a therapist with a good level of energy and imagination.
Applicants must:
• Be responsible and energetic
• Be at least 19 years old
• Have a clear criminal record check
• Have reliable transportation
• Be reliable and able to conduct oneself professionally
• Be available to attend team meetings
• Be able to commit to a minimum 6 months (ideally 12 months)

HOURS of WORK: Mondays and Thursdays (late June- late August) from 9:30-4:30 PM to support child in a summer camp environment. We also have a position (could be same individual depending on availability) for Tuesdays and Thursdays between 3-5PM.

She is very affectionate and love hugs adapts to people extremely easy. The location is close to Lougheed Town Centre in Burnaby and is very close to the skytrain station. Candidates must have previous experience working with children diagnosed with autism.

sessions are 3:00 to 5:00 Tuesday & Friday with the chance of more hours in the future.

A BI is needed for my 3.5 year-old son with mild ASD. The interventionist should be able to do at least 2 to 3 shifts per week, mainly morning 9-11am but can arrange some afternoons 1-3pm as well. 2 hour min in each shift. This is a young but established program under the direction of Kim Kirsch-Grapengieser, EAP. Intensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.

We require a one year commitment. The family is located in Marpole, Vancouver South close to transit. I'd greatly appreciate if any family can let me know if their teams have interventionist available for more hours.

A BI is needed for at least 2 shifts per week, minimum of 3.5 hour shifts, or possibly of full day shifts (7-8 hours) available. This is an established program under the direction of Sharon Baxter, BCBA and Julee Bassetto, BCBA. Intensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The student is a 22 year old male diagnosed with autism and mitochondrial disease. He has been in an home based ABA program since the age of 3 years old.

This student's program is run by Arcus Community Resources, out of his family home. The program focuses on communication, leisure, self-help and self-management skills in his home and in the community. The student demonstrates aggression and self-injury.

We require a one year commitment.

The successful candidate will be required to use their own vehicle for community outings.
