    THERAPIST NEEDED! SOUTH DELTA

We are looking for a therapist to join our team. Our daughter Bronte is 7 years old and is in the first grade, working with an excellent TA. Bronte is excelling in language and reading, far ahead of her classmates, though she is still challenged in social situations and peer interaction. Our consultant is Lorelei Dake and she is exceptional.

Experience in ABA (Lovaas) therapy would be an asset, but is not required as training is provided. Anyone with an educational or psychology background would be suited for this position. As observation, trials and data-capture are crucial to the success of an ABA program, students in the "hard" sciences – who also work well with children – are encouraged to apply.

Must be reliable, enthusiastic, fun, energetic and willing to learn.

Call Cheryl or Jack at 778.238.1056
    or send resume to

Hey There!!! Yooo-Hooo!!!! Might you just be the one?

Looking for a dedicated, patient, responsible and creative person to join our well established, home based, Lovas, ABA program.
Our almost-four year old daughter has mild autism, and is *very* verbal, affectionate, and fun.
Her therapy is fascinating and her progress is swift.

We live in central Vancouver near Main and Broadway.

Previous experience with autistic children would be an asset but is not required. We will also be interested in individuals with a psychology or special education background. Initial training will be provided by our senior therapist along with follow up sessions.

Please e-mail resumes to scissorhappy@shaw.ca and call us at: (604)709-6003.

Looking Forward To Hearing From You-
    and…Thanks Very Much,

    Cathy
