Looking for a few tutors to join our team from now until August. Our son is 6 years old and has been in an ABA program for 3 years. We will be working hard this summer on socialization and communication skills. We have lots of exciting programming ready to execute involving a "mini" morning school program, lots of peer play and sibling play and of course our core ABA programs. Our consultant is Michele Shilvock.

Great for University student in Psycology and someone who is interested in Education who would like to experience teaching in a small group environment.

I am posting this on behalf of a team I am ordering some stimuli for…

We would like to order some teen appropriate reinforcers from Pottery Barn Teen but they do not deliver to Canada. I mentioned this to someone else who said they thought they had heard of a company that will allow Canadians to mail order American products and have them delivered to the company. You then go across the border to pick them up.

Has anyone heard of this and do you happen to know of any names or info??

I am wondering if anyone has flashcards that they no longer need. I am looking for real photo objects and actions flashcards, in good condition. I am particularly interested in finding the Language Builder cards. I am also looking for colourful wooden blocks, that have "pairs" of each block (2 blue rectangle blocks, 2 red triangle blocks, etc.), and lacing cards, in good condition. THERAPISTS NEEDED! Fraser Heights, Surrey.

Positions are available working on our team to provide ABA therapy for our 8-year-old son.

No experience is required. Under Andrea Sharpe of Able Clinic, all Training will be provided in the Lovaas method of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), an intensive behavioral program where the children are systematically taught what other children learn intuitively from their family and peers.

These positions will appeal to people with an interest in psychology, education, special education, speech/language pathology and clinical therapy. It is a fabulously rewarding to see a young child’s world expand and to know that you are helping that child participate fully in their environment.

Other families in the Lower Mainland area are looking for trained therapists to work with their children. Once trained, there will be no shortage of employment opportunities!

The work location will be near 161 Street & 110th Avenue, Surrey.

Rate of pay dependant on experience, between 4 and 15 hours per week
