We are seeking an individual who has experience working with kids and is interested in supporting a 6 year old boy diagnosed with autism. This is a summer time position, and has potential to extend after the summer into the school year.

This is a well rounded position, with flexible hours. You will be taking a six year old boy out on community outings, supporting him in peer play, and you will work closely with his ABA team members. If you have peior experience in the field it will come as a wonderful asset. Training will be provided if necessary.

SEA position available in a Maple Ridge private school, to work with a 6-year-old boy who will be attending grade 1. The school and teacher are very supportive and welcoming. Supervision is under our consultant Bohdanna Popowycz Kvam.
Position will be full time starting in September, however training will start right away to aloud school visits during the current school year.

Transportation required and ABA experience would be prefer, however will train right person.

Our son is 4 soon to be 5 years and lots of fun. He is high functioning and Buffy Paul has come up with some neat programs. At the moment we are doing kindergarten prep with him.

The person who is interested in this position does not have to be trained but that would be an asset. The 2 time slots that are currently availble are Sunday and Tuesday morning. We are in the process of implementing a home run intervention program, and the job consists of 2 hours per day, 5 days per week, plus twice monthly team meetings to compile and review data. Hours are flexible (outside of school of course). Experience not necessary, but an asset – training provided.
