I am wondering if you know any place that I could make photocopies for cheap price. My son's program requires lots of copies. I have about 40 original worksheets and need to make 5 of each. I know later I will have to do more copies. I am looking for a place which offers cheap copying so that it saves money on the long run. If you know any places , please let me know. Our seven year old so has just been diagnosed with Aspergers on July 20 2006. He is high functioning but lacks mild social skills. We are meeting with our consultant in early August. She has provided services internationally and is very respected in the field. We will be providing a three day training so if you are willing to join our team as a therapist please contact us.

** North Shore Lecture Series – Tues. June 27th**

Calling all parents in need of answers: this is the lecture for you! For our final session before summer break, our speaker will be Dr. Sabrina Freeman, director of Families for Early Autism Treatment (FEAT) of B.C.

The topic: ABA in the long-term: a Discussion of Options.

Dr. Freeman will give a short lecture on long-term options in ABA programming, including how decisions made early on can have an important impact on the future.

There will be lots of time for questions, so this is a golden opportunity for parents new to ABA and those who are looking to the future and facing issues new to them.

Date: Tuesday, June 27th
Time: ** 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (note later start time)
Location: St. David's United Church, located at Taylor Way and Highway #1 (Upper Levels) in West Vancouver.

Our 7 year old son has been in an ABA program for 2 ½ years, under the direction of behavioural consultant, Catherine Sharpe. He is in the final stages of therapy which mainly incorporates play dates and social debriefing regarding group and one-on-one social interactions.

Our current senior therapist will be leaving us to attend university. We are seeking an experienced therapist (with at least junior experience) who can commit to two 2.5 hour shifts per week and run biweekly team meetings. Wage will be paid based on experience. Training will be provided.

Applicants must be at least 19 years of age with a clear criminal record check and be able to commit to at least one year. A reliable vehicle is necessary as we do not live on a bus route.
