Our 2 1/2 year old son Liam, has just been diagnosed with autism. We are looking for a team of senior ABA therapists to work with him, in the Maple Ridge area, he's a real sweetheart.Our consultant is Michelle Fagan, we will be having our workshop the second weekend in August. Looking for a therapist to join our team. Our 3-year-old son has recently begun his program, under the direction of Liana Maione. He is very rapidly moving through programs, and has great enthusiasm for his sessions. He is very verbal, sweet, affectionate and funny. We are looking for a therapist who is available immediately. Experience preferred, but not necessary, as training will be provided. Sessions are 3 hours in length, morning and afternoon, Monday through Saturday. ATTENTION SURREY SCHOOL DISTRICT PARENTS (non-Surrey parents also welcome)
Rick Ryan and Rick Fabbro of the Surrey School District have been working on initiatives to place highly experienced ABA tutors with our children in the schools. They would like to meet with parents to explain the initiatives and to answer any questions.
Since it was important to meet as soon as possible, I thought it best to combine the South Fraser ASBC meeting, featuring Michelle Weis, with the Surrey School initiatives meeting. Rick Ryan and Rick Fabbro will speak and answer questions from 6pm to 7pm. Then Michelle Weis will speak and answer question from 7pm to 9pm. Feel free to come at either 6pm or 7 pm, depending on your interest.
The meeting is Thursday, July 20 at the Semiahmoo House Society, 15306 24th Ave.
Refreshments will be provided and donations gladly accepted for the latter part of the meeting.
Our family is looking for therapists, both senior and junior, to start on a brand new team under the direction of Michelle Karren and Dr. Sara White. Our 3 ½ year old son is high functioning, verbal, loves people and is excited to learn new things. Our program will begin at the end of August and training will be provided. **Senior and junior ABA Therapists needed in West Vancouver**
We are starting a home-based ABA program for our 5 year old son with Asperger Syndrome. He is smart, sweet, and high functioning.
We will train the junior therapists, so our emphasis would be on finding people with the right personalities and their ability to commit for at least 6 months.
For the senior therapist, we are looking for somebody with experience and a track record of leading a team.
We are very close to Park Royal and many bus ines.
We have hired several but we need one more therapist for our new in-home program in North Burnaby. Our nearly 4 year old daughter has been recently diagnosed with ASD. She is extremely high functioning, with a lot of language, and is very playful and enthusiastic. We have retained an ABA consultant through the Early Autism Project. We need one more line therapist willing to commit to between 6 and 12 hours per week, commencing July 24, 2006. Experience is not necessary, training will be provided.
