Therapist wanted to work with bright, verbal, and enthusiastic almost 5 year old boy with Autism. Experienced preferred but not required as we are willing to train.
Our welcoming and supportive team has been lead by our consultant Michele Shilvock for 2 years.
The job requires a commitment of 6-10 hours per week. Each shift would be 3 hours long plus a 1 hour team meeting 1-2 times per month. Sessions will take place in our home located in Port Coquitlam (Citadel Heights-right off the #1 Hwy). Therapist's wages will be determined according to experience.

We are looking for 1 – 2 therapists and there are lots of Michele Fagan families around us so starting with us may mean working with lots more families.

My name is Eshanie. I have a BSc in Psychology from UBC and have 3 years of experience leading ABA teams. I was originally trained in ABA through a consultant from the MAPCL Laurel Division. I have worked with 6 autistic children ranging in age from 3 – 11 years. I have worked in strict ABA teams, as well as more relaxed teams that focus on natural environment teaching. Therefore I have many skills related to teaching through play, and I have a strong understanding of ABA principles.
I have recently made a career switch from Support Worker positions to full-time ABA. I am currently looking for families who are interested in having an experienced BI on their team. My schedule is pretty flexible at this moment.
I live in Richmond, therefore I am mainly looking for families in the Richmond, and Vancouver region.
