A ground breaking opportunity exists for you to become part of an exciting new project. A teaching home based on the principles of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) has being designed for a youth who has been the recipient of 14 years of ABA therapy. This state of the art design applies the scientific principles of ABA to a living situation and fosters an environment for facilitating opportunities for this youth to gain life skills and obtain their full potential.
If you have or are working towards a university degree in a related field (psychology, pre- med, human kinetics etc) and are motivated to apply yourself to daily making a difference in the life of a youth, then please send us your resume. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to be a part of a team, are interested in pursuing additional education but who also excel at working on their own.
This is also an opportunity to work with BCBA Behaviour Consultant Katie Allen and receive BCBA Supervision.
What you can expect:
1) Several full time positions are available
2) Required shifts include a 7:00-3:00 shift, a 3:00-11:00 SHIFT AND AN OVERNIGHT AWAKE SHIFT.

Successful applicants should have or obtain:
1) Experience: Previous experience is not necessary, as all successful applicants will be required to participate in an initial period of intensive individualized training. Ongoing comprehensive on-site training and supervision will be provided
2) A current Fist Aid/CPR,
3) Confirmed good health,
4) Criminal Record Check,
5) Valid drivers license
6) Possesses strong interpersonal skills
7) Have prior experience in working with children and adolescents
8) Their own vehicle for transportation.
