    Free Halloween Costumes
A brown bunny costume for age 4-5. I got it from my previous lead therapist. It is used but in good condition.
A Ninja Turtle (+ turtle shell and mask, the mask has cracked on the sides but I taped it already. I got them from a friend for age 6-7 but I don't need them now since my son's therapist has another costume for him.
If you know anyone who is interested in the costumes above, please drop me an email.

Temporary Position for an experienced ABA therapist in the Tsawwassen area.

For reasons to kooky to explain in this post, we find ourselves temporarily relocated to Tsawwassen for the month of October. In order to keep life as consistent as possible for my son, therapy must go on! I am looking for an ABA therapist with some experience working with children who have low verbal skills and who are on the more severe end of the spectrum. My son is 9 years old and has been in an ABA program for over 5 years. He has a lovely sense of humour and is generally easy to work with.

As my son will not be in school during October, timing of therapy sessions is very flexible. Looking to fill 2-3 sessions of 2-3 hours, Monday – Friday. If you are an experienced therapist and find yourself with some hours to spare in the month of October, please contact Jennifer at jennmudd@gmail.com

We are seeking a line therapist for our 6 year old son's ABA/AVB autism therapy. He is in Grade 1 with full-time support and has been in a home therapy program for 3 years. He's very verbal, energetic and enthusiastic. He is also a quick learner and is rocketing through his programs so if you like variety, this is a great opportunity!

We are seeking someone 19 years or older, with no criminal record. This is an excellent opportunity for a college or university student who is seeking experience in working with children with autism. ABA experience is valuable, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person. You must be enthusiastic, fun, and comfortable playing with active little boys.

Our Behaviour Consultants are Dominika Szymanska and Ramen Saggu of ABA Academy, and we are located in the Guildford of Surrey, close to the highway and a main bus route. We need a person who can fill two 2-hour shifts per week, on any combination of Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays, as well as attend a team meeting once every month or two (to be scheduled as we go along).

Our family is easy to work with and our son is a fun little guy. Come and join our happy team! You can reach us at roganddot@shaw.ca .

    Thanks!

Immediate opening in White Rock area …

Seeking a playful, fun-loving, therapist to join our fantastic White Rock area team. Our 4 year-old son is fun-loving, bright, verbal, and enthusiastic about his program. He is a fast learner, and has a great sense of humour! We are fortunate to have a local consultant, Liana Maione, providing an intensive model of supervision to our son's program, so this would be a great opportunity for a therapist who welcomes frequent overlaps and opportunities to further develop his or her skills, as well as for someone new, who is dynamic, energetic, and eager to learn new skills.

We currently have openings on Thursdays and Fridays, either morning (8 – 11) or later
afternoon (3:30 – 6:30), and Saturdays, (8 – 11, or 12 – 3). Therapists will run 3-hour sessions, with program goals interspersed and included in play activities. Shifts may also include peer sessions or community outings. A solid grasp of the principles of ABA is beneficial, however training will be provided to those that do not have experience, but do have the dedication,
commitment and energy to be part of this dynamic team. Mandatory biweekly team meetings are currently scheduled for Wednesday evenings.

You must be at least 19 years old, and willing to submit to a Criminal Record Check. We are looking for a minimum commitment of one year. He will be entering Kindergarten next fall in the Surrey School District, and there is the potential for training to support him in that environment. If interested, please e-mail a resume, references and availability to mummyx2@hotmail.com . Wages will depend on your experience.
