LEAD THERAPIST NEEDED IN NORTH BURNABY

Our team is guided by local consultant Kim Kirsch from EAP. Our 5.5 year old daughter was diagnosed two years ago with ASD and is extremely high functioning and delightful, with rapidly developing social skills. She is doing really well in a regular Kindergarten class. She is very playful and enthusiastic. Her program includes peer play and community outings.

We would prefer someone who has experience as a lead, but will also consider those who have extensive ABA experience as a line therapist and are looking to make the move to lead a team.

Training will be provided. The position involves several overlap sessions per week with the line therapists as well as preparation for our team meetings, currently held every second Friday afternoon.

Wages are negotiable depending on experience. We are very close to transit.

Topic content has been altered to allow for additional group work time as the focus of the workshop will be the application of these theoretical constructs.

Therapist needed ASAP in East Vancouver

We are looking for some ABA therapists for our 5 years old son.

We have afternoon shifts between 3:30-6:30, and weekend shifts. The program includes community outings, and peer and sibling play. Our consultant is Kim Kirsch from Early Autism Project.

We are looking for someone who is sensitive, fun, high energy and enthusiastic. Previous ABA experience and or knowledge of Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy or Physical Therapy psychology would be an asset, but we are happy to provide training for the right person too.

We are located in East Vancouver, close to Renfrew Skytrain station, and just one minute to HYW#1 Exit.

LEAD THERAPIST WANTED IN WEST VANCOUVER (Ambleside)

We are looking for an experienced lead-therapist to lead our team of therapists. We require minimum 2 years experience as therapist in ABA and minimum one year experience as a lead with recommendation letters from 2 consultants and references from families you are currently working with them.
Our team comprises of 3-4 therapists including one at pre-school. Our program is home based and started in June 2006. Our son is 3 and half years old. He is high functioning, social and loads of fun to work with! Responsibilities include but not limited to running sessions on own, arranging team meetings bi-weekly, attending the consult meetings and provide report to the consultant, overlapping therapists and providing feedback to therapists and parents, training and recruiting new therapists, overseeing data recorded and their completeness, probing new targets, providing list of material needed for programs and coaching the team. We require at least one year commitment. Pay is negotiable and based on experience and performance.

Our team is directed by well known consultants in this field, Dr. Sara White & Liana Maione. This is a great opportunity for those who welcome frequent overlaps and opportunities to further develop their skills.
