Senior and Line Therapists Required for Home ABA Program
Run under the supervision of Kathryn Theroux of the ABLE Clinic. Great opportunity to learn under one of the top Behavioral Consultants in the province.
5 year old boy – happy, bright and progressing very well in his ABA program. Lots of functional speech and we are working on social, behavior and academic skills to get him ready for Kindergarden in the fall.
Team of 4 therapists have worked together for over one year – need a good, strong Lead to bring them to the next level.
Requirements for Lead :
– 3-5 years ABA experience, including Lead on at least 1 other team (references required)
– Proven supervision and leadership skills
– Able to travel to the Newton area of Surrey
– Schedule will include 1-2 shifts per week (3 hours each), 1.5 hours admin per week, 1 hour overlaps with each therapist once every 2 weeks, 2 hour bi-weekly team meeting
