**ABA THERAPIST(S) NEEDED IN SOUTH VANCOUVER**
This is a special request to all parents and ABA therapists:
We are a family from South Vancouver (near Main & Marine) that is seeking some short term help in the form of 1 or 2 experienced ABA therapists, to work with our 7 year old son for the months of July & August. Due to some last minute changes in team availability (i.e., summer vacations, classes, etc.), we're short on TXs for facilitating our son's summer daycamp activities as well as undertaking some home therapy. Our program is being supervised by Kim Kirsch of EAP.
If you are a therapist who has extra capacity this summer and can possibly help us out, it would be sincerely appreciated if you can contact me at "cdranu@yahoo.com"
Or if you are a fellow parent who may know of a suitable person, please email me or pass this message on to your therapist(s). Thank you so much!
Sincerely,
JaswantJune 29, 2009 at 5:42 am #10630TinaMemberBehaviour consultant and therapists needed

June 23, 2009 at 3:02 am #10637Heather BurkeMemberABA THERAPIST NEEDED IN NEW WESTMINSTER
An experienced ABA therapist to join our home based ABA program. William is a charming, bright, and sociable 6-year-old boy who is very high functioning.
William has made tremendous gains in the two years of ABA therapy under local consultant Michele Shilvock and intern consultant Gabrielle Stignant.
Our consultant will provide ongoing supervision and training, so this would be a great opportunity for applicants who welcome frequent overlaps and opportunities to further develop their skills.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience facilitating peer play and teaching social skills. However, this is not required and ongoing training and opportunities for development are always encouraged.
Shifts are fairly flexible this summer. In September, we are looking for primarily afternoon shifts from 2:30 to 5:30 during weekdays (2-4 shifts per week).
Attendance at a biweekly team meeting Tuesday morning 8-9 am is required.
Wage will depend on skills and experience.
Please submit a cover letter and resume outlining relevant experience via email to hburke@telus.net. Contact Heather at 604.862-6223 with further inquiries.
