I am posting this on behalf of a family:
Lead Instructor Wanted
Are you a bright, organized, fun, skilled and effective instructor? Do you have experience leading teams running early, intensive and comprehensive home-based ABA programs? If so, wed love to hear from you!
We are looking for an experienced Lead instructor to join our very strong and dedicated team, working with a three-year-old boy in Surrey who is making great gains in his program. He loves to sing, loves to read and loves to play!
We have weekly supervision by a BCBA, who provides regular overlaps and training for all instructors. We also have two strong Lead instructors who will provide training for you in this role, which will lead to either a co-Lead or Lead position. Ideally, you will have some prior experience with responsibilities such as: training new team members, providing feedback to other instructors, writing program objectives, and data book management. This is the team for you if you are looking for regular feedback and further skill development.
Pay is commensurate with experience. You must have time to work three sessions per week (mornings currently available, although this may change), attend bi-weekly team meetings and schedule at least 2 3 overlap sessions per month. We also require a commitment of at least one year.
Please reply to lianamaione@telus.net with a description of your experience and resume. Thank you!
