We are looking for dedicated, reliable and energetic BIs to join our son’s ABA team in the Port Moody area. A Senior/Lead BI position is available as well as line BI positions. Available sessions include Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-12 or 1230-330 and Thursdays 1230-330. BI’s must be available for at least two sessions a week. Preschool support is also required for 2.5 hours twice per week on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, starting later this year. Our son is 4 years old and has a great sense of humor. Training will be provided under our BCBA consultant, Lindsay Parrott, and will begin as soon as possible.

Looking for an experienced Lead/Senior BI to join a team in Surrey Central Area. Preference is given to candidates with prior behaviour interventionist training and/or experience with Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). Initial and on-going training is provided. This position is ideal for college students (especially those in psychology, social work or education), and individuals who are 19 years and older and willing to provide a criminal record check.

You must have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, a high level of energy, a fun & creative side, good attention to detail and a desire to make a difference in the life of a child. You must also be great at play!!! This is a fun, challenging and rewarding position.

Hours: 2.5 hour shifts, a minimum of twice per week

Available session times are from 3:00pm onward Monday through Thursday afternoons.

You will require your own reliable transportation and a criminal record check, although the program is situated close to major transit routes. You will also be asked to make a minimum 12 month commitment to the position, as significant training is provided.

<u>BI/Tutor Needed in Langley</u>

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Tutor/Behaviour Interventionist to join a newly established team. The student is a 10-year-old girl with high functioning ASD. She is inquisitive and loves reading and science. She also loves the outdoors, so the tutor should be prepared to spend time outside in all weather conditions.

The position will involve running home- and community-based programming two days per week. We are currently looking to fill sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays after school. Programs will focus on social and conversation skills, academic skills, and self management skills.

Initial and ongoing supervision and training will be provided by Sarah Pastrana, BCBA.

A one-year commitment and a clean criminal record check are required for this position. Compensation will be based on experience.

We are looking for a Behaviour Interventionist in the Cloverdale area to provide swimming support to our son as he attends swimming lessons. Swimming lessons are currently on Mondays and the entire session is scheduled from 5-630, however, this may be moved earlier in the afternoon. ABA experience is not required but is an asset. BCBA consultant support is provided by Lindsay Parrott. Training will ideally begin as soon as possible before the current BI leaves the team.
