My hours next year will likely be from 10:30-2:30, so I am looking for a family for morning shifts. 8am-10am approximately. My complex is cleaning unclaimed bikes out of the bike room. There are 14 bikes available for FREE. Several for about age 7 or 8, a nice one for a 10 year old and then several preteen or short adult bikes. individualsThe first position is with the Pre K program run daily from 9-1 pm. This
position involves having a knowledge of applied behaviour analysis and the
desire to be supervised working with children with autism in a group
learning environment. The children are ages 2.5-6 (with younger children
attending 3 days a week and older children 5 days a week) and the curriculum
is rich in social activities, early learning concepts and learning to be a
part of a group. The position could be 3 or 5 day is run in N Delta.

I wanted to invite all of you to an amazing concert being held at The Bourbon, August 12 to help spread autism awareness and also help raise funds for our 3.5 year old son's ABA therapy as well as The Autism Treatment Centres of Texas.
The Texas band, Lantana, has written a song about our son Zane and have also named it after the site I started to share our story, Behind The Smile. They are an amazing group and have given so much of their talent and time to give to this cause.
This song they have written, represents all of our children, not just Zane. It is a song of hope and a song of love. Helps us spread the love!!

Our family is looking for a tutor/behavior interventionist to work with our very loving 5 year old child who has autism. This is a home based ABA program. You will be supported and trained by a Board Certified Behavior Consultant (BCBA) PhD, and a team of processionals that include a program co-coordinator (master degree in special education), a speech language pathology, and an occupational therapist. If you are passionate about working with children with autism, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibility:
– Working one on one with the child.
– Participation in team meeting with our team of professionals (every 3 to 4 weeks).
– Shifts are weekdays late afternoon for 2.5 to 3 hours, Saturday morning 9-12, and occasionally some Sunday morning 9-11.Qualification:
– At least 20 years old.
– Clear criminal record check.
– Experience working with individuals with autism is a great asset.
– Must be reliable, with high energy, creative, caring, and with great patience.
– Be able to work independently and function as part of a team, and be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback.
– A minimum 1 year commitment to the job.
– Must be non-smoker (due to health issue of the child).
– Fluent in spoken and written English.Applicants in Psychology, Special Education and Speech & Language Pathology are encouraged to apply. Salary would be based on experience.
