March 7, 2013 at 8:07 pm #8271Theresa JouanParticipantLooking for 1-2 Behavior Interventionists to join our home-based ABA therapy team with an awesome and very fun, 4-year-old autistic boy.
We are looking for 1-2 people who can work 2-4 early afternoon sessions as well as a Tuesday morning session. You must also be available to attend monthly team meetings which are scheduled based on the teams availability.
This is a great opportunity for students who are looking to go into this field and work with Board Certified Behavior Consultant, Theresa Jouan, and Junior Consultant, Laurel Huber.
Ideal applicants would be outgoing with a fun personality and have a passion for helping kids achieve the their best level of independence.
Additionally applicants must be at least 19 years of age and have a current criminal record check (within 6 months or obtain one).
Preference will be given to those with ABA experience as well as those pursuing study in education, psychology and other related fields.
***If you have an interest in being an ABA Support Worker and you have 1000 hours in ABA (or close to, under a Board Certified Behavior Consultant) this BI position could lead to an ABA SW position in Surrey School District for September 2014.
