    ABA-Support worker for SD36 and our home team in Clayton area, Surrey, BC

    We need an experienced ABA-SW for our home team. The successful applicant will work one-on-one with our 9 years old boy with ASD, under the guidance of a Behavior Consultant.

    You must be familiar with data recording, making reports for consultant, team meetings, be creative in making/implementing new targets, engaging child in fun and enthusiastic ways.

    The successful applicant may be hired as an ABA-SW in the Surrey School District (SD36).

    Applicants could be an employee of SD36 as an ABA-Support Worker or must meet all their requirements including 1000 hours of supervised ABA experience.

    Richmond BC, Seeking a BI/EA/Support person  for Mondays and Fridays 2:30pm to 6pm starting September 10th, 2018 (possible need might arise in July but from 4:30 – 6 same days.   Pick up a block away at the school to child’s home (or summer from daycare).    This is an adorable,  funloving, easygoing 6 year old boy who has autism, global delay.   Wage negotitable.     This is for  long term minus school closures but possible to negotiate if wishing to work during those.   If unable both  days per week, please don’t let that stop you.

    We are looking for an Interventionist for the White Rock area. You’ll be working with a high-functioning 11 year old boy within the home. Looking for 2-3 sessions per week, 2 hours per session, Monday through Friday, after school. The Program is focused around daily schedules, rule-following, and implementing calm-down strategies at the moment.

    In addition, there is also an opportunity to work as a Education Assistant (EA) for the Surrey School District with this client.

    Outstanding full time (4-5 shifts/week) and part-time (2-3 shifts/week) opportunity for behavior interventionists.

    A 24-hour Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) teaching home requires a clinical instructor to work with a 27 year old male with developmental disabilities.
    Responsibilities include:
    o Teaching vocational, behavioural, and social skills through administration of specific programs designed by a board certified behaviour analyst.
    o Fostering independence through application of specific behavioural principles.
    o Generalizing learned skills in various recreational and other community settings.

    <u>BI/Tutor Needed in Langley</u>

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Tutor/Behaviour Interventionist to join a newly established team. The student is a 10-year-old girl with high functioning ASD. She is inquisitive and loves reading and science. She also loves the outdoors, so the tutor should be prepared to spend time outside in all weather conditions.

    The position will involve running home- and community-based programming two days per week. We are currently looking to fill sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays after school. Programs will focus on social and conversation skills, academic skills, and self management skills.

    Initial and ongoing supervision and training will be provided by Sarah Pastrana, BCBA. A one-year commitment and a clean criminal record check are required for this position. Compensation will be based on experience.

    BI needed for 4yrs8mts boy in Coquitlam from March.

    Looking for a fun, compassionate and creative Behaviour Interventionist to work with our happy and energetic son with ASD. He loves music, dancing, physical play! Intervention will take place at home located 10mins walk from Douglas College/Lafarge lake Station. If you commute by car, there is visitor parking spots too.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    -A love for interacting with young children
    -A good communicator
    -An ability to work independently, but also accepting of regular feedback from trainers
    -An ability to commit for a year or until September
    -At least 19years old

    Prior experience as a BI is not necessary, as training will be provided by Lindsay Parrott, M.Ed., BCBA, who is leading the team. Candidates must be willing to undergo a Criminal Record Check.

    We are looking for a commitment of 2-3 shifts per week.

    We are looking to hire a dedicated, reliable, and energetic BI to join our team for our 2.5-year-old son in Coquitlam (Burke Mtn area). Sessions will be 2-3 hours in length, Monday through Friday mornings (8:45-11/11:45ish).  Or early evenings (5:00-7:30ish). You must work a minimum of 2 sessions in the week. Training will be provided by BCBA, Christine Eadon.
