My name is Spring, a university student majoring in the ABA-Autism Degree Program. I am working with a 3-year old autistic child and now looking for another part-time BI job to gain more work experience. I look forward to getting further professional training. I am very willing to maintain a one-year commitment and work under the supervision of a BCBA. My available time for this BI position is Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays and the afternoons of Saturdays. I have two year special needs childcare experience under the direction of BC Children Hospital, Richmond IDP(Infant Development Program), Children Mental Health of Richmond Hospital. I gained basic Autistic therapy skills when I volunteered for the IDP Richmond and expect to get further professional training. I am a strong candidate for Bachelor of Arts in ABA-Autism program in capilano University in fall semester of 2011. As a mother, I love and consider children the gift of god. I am very compassionate, patient and with a high level of personal responsibilities. I speak chinese Mandarin and fluent English. I will feel very happy to work as a team with the consultant and school. I will use my love and ABA skills to brighten your child's world.
