    Behaviour Interventionist Needed – *Morning Sessions in South Surrey*

    We are currently seeking one or two behaviour interventionists to join our wonderful team in South Surrey. The client is a sweet 4-year-old boy with autism. Our BCBA is Sarah Pastrana.

    Sessions will take place in the client’s home in the morning or early afternoon on weekdays. In addition, the BI will be expected to attend monthly team meetings. Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

    Behaviour Interventionist Needed – South Surrey

    We are looking for a behaviour interventionist to work with a fun, happy, socially motivated, and very charming 6-year-old boy diagnosed with ASD. Your role will involve running two sessions per week from 3-5pm in the child’s South Surrey home. You will also be required to attend monthly team meetings. Sarah Pastrana, BCBA and intern Josh Atkinson will provide supervision and ongoing training for this role.

     Your role will involve implementing behaviour programmes that help our student with academic, social and self-management skills. Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

    *Behaviour Interventionists Needed* – South Surrey

    We are seeking behaviour interventionists to work with an endearing 5-year-old boy with ASD. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining more experience in joining a team at the time of program start-up. Our BCBA is Sarah Pastrana.

    In addition to implementing home-based 1:1 programming, behaviour interventionists will be required to accompany the student on community-based recreation activities. High energy and good physical condition is essential for the successful applicant. In addition, a time commitment of a minimum of 1 year is requested.

    We are seeking to fill 2-hour shifts during after-school hours. Days are currently flexible. In addition, you will be required to attend monthly team meetings. Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

    <u>BI/Tutor Needed in Langley</u>

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Tutor/Behaviour Interventionist to join a newly established team. The student is a 10-year-old girl with high functioning ASD. She is inquisitive and loves reading and science. She also loves the outdoors, so the tutor should be prepared to spend time outside in all weather conditions.

    The position will involve running home- and community-based programming two days per week. We are currently looking to fill sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays after school. Programs will focus on social and conversation skills, academic skills, and self management skills.

    Initial and ongoing supervision and training will be provided by Sarah Pastrana, BCBA.

    A one-year commitment and a clean criminal record check are required for this position. Compensation will be based on experience.

    Join our team!

    We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, energetic, and motivated person to join our ABA team in South Surrey. Our son is entering Grade 5 in September. He is lots of fun and very sweet. You won’t leave without a smile on your face! He also has a lot of cool interests – like power tools, leaf blowers, sprinklers, and vacuums. Training and ongoing coaching and support will be provided by our BCBA consultant, Sarah Pastrana.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Monitoring data trends
    • Communicating progress and concerns to consultant and parents
    • Maintaining program binders and materials
    • Filing completed data sheets and programs
    • Maintaining the Long Term Objectives Met file

    <u>Hours Required</u>: 2-3 sessions per week for 2-hour sessions after school (one weekend session possible). We are looking for a minimum one year commitment.

    <u>BI/Tutor Needed – Panorama Ridge area of Surrey </u>

    We are looking for a Tutor/ABA therapist for our 12-year-old boy with high functioning ASD. He’s got a great sense of humour, is smart, kind and social with a love of Lego and video games.

    The position would involve running home and community tutoring programs two or three times a week in the summer and hopefully continuing into the fall with one or two days a week after school. Days/times are flexible. Programs will focus on social skills, organizational skills, time management, idea generation, executive functioning and self-management skills.

    The right person is patient, kind, fun, able to think on his/her feet and detail oriented with a driver’s license and own transportation. A good sense of humour is a must and video game skills are an asset! And, of course, you love working with kids, have good judgment and are reliable.  Training will be provided, and position will be supervised by BCBA Consultant, Sarah Pastrana. Compensation will be based on experience.
