ABA Therapist (North Vancouver)

1 BI needed for Elementary Academic and Social Thinking Program during After School Hours

This is an exciting learning opportunity for anyone interested in learning hands on how to teach social thinking skills and core academic skills using an ABA framework. This is an ideal job for students interested in teaching, behaviour analysis/intervention, psychology, autism or individuals who have experience working with or tutoring kids. This case is managed and supervised by a BCBA and the position could qualify as supervised hours for those interested.

We are looking for 1 dedicated person to work 2 sessions per week during after school hours (approx. 4-6pm) throughout the summer and into the fall.

– be able to commit to 1 year
– have experience with children
– obtain a clean and recent criminal record check
– be punctual, organized and have good time management skills
– be fluent in spoken and written English

Experienced Behaviour Interventionist

Looking for an experienced behaviour interventionist to work with my friendly, enthusiastic and eager 8 year old son, to help teach social skills using ABA. We’re looking for someone who can work with him for 2 after-school sessions a week at 1.5 hours per session. We are located in North Vancouver and are working with BCBA Rubina Mangat.
