We are looking for a tutor for a home base program in Surrey to work with a high functioning 11 year boy with ASD. Experience with children with autism and/or ABA is an asset but not required.
Training will be provided under the supervision of our certified BCBA-D behaviour consultant. You will work one-on-one with our son both in-home and in the community to support his academics, and social language development.
We are looking for someone to come in 2x per week after school. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Applicants must:
– be responsible and energetic with strong communication skills
– be at least 19 years old
– have some experience working with children
– have a clear criminal record check
– have reliable transportation
– be available to attend monthly team meetings
– want to make a difference in a child's life
