Behavior Interventionist

We are looking to hire a BI for a home-based ABA program in North Surrey with a happy 3 year old boy diagnosed with ASD. Training will be provided by a board certified behavior consultant. Sessions would be 2 hrs., 2 times a week. Job requirements: Fluent in English, at least 19, be able to provide a criminal record check (within the last 12 months), have own transportation, be willing to commit to 1 year, be reliable, positive, patient, and consistent, open to learning and suggestions, a team player, accurate data taking skills, great play skills, and have fondness for kids and great passion for his/her job. Job Description:
Looking to hire a BI for home-based ABA program with happy 3 year old boy diagnosed with ASD. Training will be provided by a board certified behavior consultant. Sessions would be 2-3 hours, 2-4 times a week.

Our program is intensive and very typical of an early ABA program consisting of teaching many skills such as imitation, following instructions, language development and social skills.

Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
-a minimum of 1 year ABA experience preferred
-be able to provide criminal record check (within last 12 months)
-the desire to make a difference in a child's life
-have great fondness for kids and great passion for his/her job
-compassionate and patient personality
-excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
-excellent oral and written communication
-accurate data taking skills and experience with discrete trial training
