THE POWER OF A LOVAAS ABA PROGRAM: THIS MAKES OUR DAY!!

I shared this with our ABA team last week. Hope it will bring a smile to you…

Lately my 5yr5mo-old son N has been playing with a girl C at school during recess and lunch time. He has been helping C climb up the climber at the playground…and play other things together. They laugh and "talk"… sometimes with other classmates, sometimes not. Sometimes N guided C by putting his arm close to C's back, like an adult guiding a child, or a gentleman guiding a lady.

Today the girl C went to the teacher after lunch recess and said "MRS W, I WANT TO MARRY N WHEN I AM OLDER". Mrs W told me this when I picked up my son.

This brought a smile to our entire family when we heard this. We all know N has come a long way, after 19 months of intensive therapy. Your hard work shows in N's progress in his speech and language, communication skills, play skills, peer play/ social skills…. Without his home program and everyone's hard work to follow thru and generalize, I can't see how he could have gone so far.

My husband and I wanted to thank you for your commitment to teach and help N. You are making a difference in N's life. You have helped not only N but our entire family, and much more than you can imagine!!

Our junior consultant is Bernadette Marzo, senior consultant was Lisa Wincz. We have a wonderful team of great lead therapist and awesome line therapists.
