Over the past 15 years I have worked with youth and young adults at a few different capacities.

I have worked in a school setting for 15 years with students whom have various needs.
My role is working with students with special needs, learning disabilities, behavioral and social issues.
Creating and modifying programs to suit each individuals needs was a big part of my role as well.
I worked 1 to 1 with groups and circulated within many classrooms.
Apart from the in class help I had the opportunity to council students in need of guidance and empowering them
to help make a difference for themselves.
I strongly believe that working with a good team helps build a bridge to success.

In a group home setting I worked with a great group of individuals.
Together as a team we worked on teaching life skills meeting each youths needs.

For a few years as an educational tutor I worked closely with parents to make a difference for their children.
Helping them to excel and reach their goals.

I would love the opportunity to continue to help make a difference for the youth and young adults here in Richmond.
I am available for one on one work.. Feel free to contact me.
