We are looking to start a peer group for our 18 year-old daughter who has high-functioning Asperger's. She is finishing Grade 11, has been homeschooled for the past 4 years, and has made great progress with social skills. She is interested in music, mostly contemporary, plays the piano a bit by ear, plays the drums, and is learning acoustic guitar. She is also interested in movies and dreams of going to film school.
We live in South Surrey/White Rock and would like to see our daughter involved in activities with other high-functioning teens around her age in our local area. Our consultant is Bohdanna Popowycz Kvam.
