    Hello. We are looking for an ABA-SW to work with our 8 year old son attending grade 4 at White Rock Elementary in September 2018. He is bright, engaging, imaginative and friendly. He has an experienced ABA home team that focuses on academic, social and self-management skills.

    Applicants must meet the requirements to be hired as an ABA-SW in the Surrey School district by September 2018. All training and in school observations will be provided by Dr. Claire Egan BCBA and Christine Eadon BCBA.

    We are looking to add one or more ABA therapists to our existing team
    in the White Rock/South Surrey area to work with our 5 year old son
    diagnosed with ASD. He is high functioning, verbal, bright, warm and
    friendly. He's very keen to learn and a pleasure to work with.

    As part of an experienced team, you will teach and model
    age-appropriate play, communication and social skills. You will also
    incorporate specific goals and track progress during play and
    table-work. Each session lasts 2 or 3 hours possibly more and you will
    be asked to work a minimum of 2 sessions per week. Weekend shifts are
    also possible. Team meetings are monthly. Salary is dependent on
    experience. Training will be provided under the guidance of our Board
    Certified Behaviour Consultant. Ideal for college students especially
    those in psychology, social work, special needs or education.

    Applicants must:

    – Be patient, self-motivated, extremely reliable, enthusiastic and
    possess excellent communication skills.

    – be at least 19 years old

    – have experience or enjoy working with children

    – have a clear criminal record check

    – have reliable transportation

    – be available to attend monthly team meetings

    – Be willing to make a minimum 12 month commitment

    – want to make a difference in a child's life

    Looking for an ABA SW to provide full time support for our 5 year old boy going into Grade 1 at White Rock Elementary in September 2015. He is presently in private kindergarten with a full time support worker and has a very experienced home team. Both home and school programs are under the supervision of Dr. Claire Egan BCBA.
    Ideally, you are an ABA-SW already hired by the Surrey school board or a BI that is very close to fulfilling the 1000 documented hours of home ABA experience required by the school board.
    Our son is bright, talkative and affectionate. He has a sunny, inquisitive, creative, and friendly personality. He loves to interact with others, is very popular with his classmates and has many friends.
