*LINE and LEAD Therapist needed in Richmond*
Our family is looking to add new therapists to our team. We are under the guidance of local behaviour consultant Michele Shilvock. Our son is almost 7 years old and he has been in an ABA program for 4 of those years. He is a joy to work with and loves his sessions. It would be a plus to be available on weekends and have your own vehicle. So if you are interested and have availability please contact me at kathyd3@shaw.ca.

Thank you for posting all of those links Jen. That takes a lot of time. Parents of children with autism are ALWAYS having to read between the lines. How TWISTED our media is! Although I am not surprised – it saddens me. I would like to -one day know why my beautiful son has autism and not have to feel foolish for wanting answers, because I DON"T believe he was born this way.

My heart was beating so fast reading this article.
I have so much to add but I know this is not the forum to do it.

    Hi Everyone,
My son has started to use PECS around the house, so my mom found a way to use her sewing skills to make a sturdy strip with fabric, stiffening board and velcro to use for the pictures. My consultant and lead therapist tell me these would be so useful for other families.
So we thought it may be a good fundraiser for our child's ABA program. She also makes choice boards out of the same material and aprons which each therapist uses to have easy access for random items and the clicker/counters is attached to it.
I don't know how to post pics on here so if anyone is interested please email me and I can send to you; kathyd3@shaw.ca
    They cost $10 each.

    HI
Just wondering if anyone has any coloured storage bins (shelf unit) they don't need anymore. I would like to buy 2 sets and wanted to check here first before going to IKEA.
    Thanks

Our son was diagnosed 2 months ago with ASD. He is almost 3 and a very happy little guy. We live in RICHMOND and starting a new ABA program. We have our consultant and lead therapist but are looking for line therapists to join our team. We are eager to get started.
