We are looking for behavioural interventionist to work in our home(Rupert and 21st Avenue) with our 9 years old son diagnosed with autism. He is very sweet and he loves music.

Minimum Qualification:
-Fluent in English
-Backgrounds in Psychology and Special Education are preferred.
-Familiarity of ABA, completed behaviour interventionist program and current first Aid & CPR certificates are an asset
-Be reliable, fun, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children
-Must love music and can single some children's songs or play piano or other music instruments
-Minimum age for applicants is 20
-Clear criminal record check completed within the last 12 months
-Must be able to provide 2 references
-Must be willing to commit to a one-year minimum

We are looking for someone who can work at least 2 session a week(Tuesday and Sunday afternoon).

We are looking for an energetic SEA to work with our 8 years old son in our well-established ABA team, beginning September 2013.

This person will work one-on-one during regular school hours (Monday to Friday) at Vancouver Christian School.

This position involves teaching in consistent steps with a closely followed behaviour plan, using the applied behavior discrete trial teaching approach. Simple, yet frequent data collection plus consistent behavior intervention is required when inappropriate behavior is observed.

Our team is led by Dr. Sara White. Training will start immediately in our home, and regular weekly shifts will be available in our home leading up to September 2013.

No experience necessary, although highly preferred. The team provides training and ongoing support.

You must have a fun, positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, natural leadership ability, and great attention to detail.

Requirements:
•At least 19 years old
•Christian background preferred
•Cleared criminal record check and references
•Non-smoker
•Fluent in English
•Minimum 2 year commitment, preferably more than 2 years
•Must attend monthly team meetings

Behaviour Interventionist Wanted!

We are looking for a new member to join our well established ABA team with our 8 years old son under the direction of Behavioral Consultant Dr. Sara White and Program Coordinator Colby Anderson.

We are looking for someone who could commit to 2,3 hours sessions a week in July and August 2012 as well as team meeting once a month.

We require the candidate to be 19 years of age with a clear criminal record check. Experience implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) curricula is a great asset, but is not essential, as all training will be provided.

ABA behavior interventionist needed to work with our 5-year-old boy who is very fun, happy and bright. We are located in Vancouver.

We need people who are bright, fun-loving with excellent play skill, love working with children, motivated, reliable & patient with positive attitude. Some knowledge in related fields such as psychology, education, speech/language pathology etc., MUST have experience working with young children and ABA training will be provided.

We are looking for someone to take two to three afternoon shifts a week & some weekends shifts, make at least a year's commitment and able to attend team meetings once to twice a month. Shifts are 2-3 hours in length.

Applicants must be at least 19 years of age with a clear criminal record check & 4 references are mandatory

You must work well on a team, be willing to take feedback and direction from our consultants, be able to take constructive feedback and implement it immediately, and have lots of love, energy and patience for children.
